A Brief Guide to Pride LGBT Flags

Since the advent of Gay Pride Flag in 1978, several communities have felt that they need visibility and separate flags which represent their distinctive aspects. The pride flags have provided the necessary identification and visibility for communities. In this post, we'll explore the pride flags of different communities. We'll also see how they represent the distinctive characteristics of each community. Genderqueer Pride Flag The Genderqueer Pride Flag was created in 2011 by the designer Marilyn Roxie. Though the design is similar to the transgender, bisexual, lesbian, pansexual and asexual flags, the colors on the flag represent the core characteristics of the genderqueer community.
